  • A Basic cookie is 1-2 colors of icing, no hand cutting, minimal piping
  • A Detailed Cookie is 3-6 icing colors and consistencies, no hand cutting, simple details
  • An Elaborate cookie is 7 + colors of icing, several piped details, may require hand cutting
